Accommodation

For those who have informed us of the need for accommodation, we will book a room in your name for your stay in Rome.

Please let us know the exact number of people traveling with you in our RSVP form, so that we can reserve the most suitable room type.

We will cover the cost for two nights, from June 6th (check-in) to 8th (check-out). If you wish to extend your stay, you can contact the hotel directly to check availability and the cost of additional nights.

We already booked rooms for those coming from abroad at the Hotel Villa Aricia hotel next to Villa Augusta (We got all rooms they had). The hotel has parking and the center of Ariccia can be reached on foot.

If you choose to arrange your own accommodation, because you want to stay in the city center, please note that Rome is expected to be exceptionally busy due to the 2025 Jubilee, and many hotels may already be fully booked.

If you chose your own accommodation in the city center, you must arrange transport from Villa Augusta to your lodging at the end of the reception. We will only provide transfers between Hotel Villa Aricia and the Basilica of Ara Coeli and back.

If you plan to stay at the hotel we booked, please RSVP by March 30th, 2025. If you're unable to attend or prefer not to stay at the designated hotel, we will need to cancel your room reservation accordingly.
