Friday, June 6th
arrival day

Guests staying at Hotel Villa Aricia can check in to their rooms between 3:00 PM and midnight. The hotel already has your names, and the bill is covered for those who haven’t extended their stay—just provide your name at check-in!

Saturday, June 7th
the main event!

Bus Schedule: We have arranged buses to take you to the Basilica of Santa Maria in Aracoeli. After the ceremony, buses will bring you back to Villa Augusta 1910. Exact departure times will be shared closer to the date.
4:00 PM Sharp: The religious ceremony begins and will last approximately 1–1.30 hours.
5:30-6:00 PM: After the ceremony, you'll return to the buses for transport back to the venue.
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Arrival at Villa Augusta 1910. Enjoy appetizers and start the celebration!
Midnight – 1:00 AM: The day comes to a close.
